If you are looking for someone to get that home for you, Renee Ratekin is that person. We were looking for a home since Oct 2020 and our previous realtor did little to nothing. Once we met Rene she was understanding and taking notes of what we were looking for, and would not allow us to fall into a bad deal on these home. I couldn't say about how wonderful working with Renee was! To be honest, I had planned to do FSBO and Renee offered to be there should I change my mind. She also gave me some good advice about why using a licensed Agent was so important. I ended up deciding she was right and hired her. She was kind in sharing her expertise with me, which countered some of what I had planned on doing on my own. Although some of what she shared was a little hard to swallow (her ideas on price and appearance didn't quite match mine) in the end she was right and I was wrong. Didn't realize how stressful it could be to sell and buy a house till May of this year 2025. Choosing Renee Wells has our realtor and guide thru this journey helped us alot in Choosing the correct house for our family. She was patient and listened to us even with all the game changing plans I threw her way.
